Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of BSG Fort Eisenhower Fencing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Services Provided
BSG Fort Eisenhower Fencing provides professional fence installation, repair, and replacement services for residential and commercial properties. All services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for any lawful reason. Service descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
Quotes and Estimates
All quotes and estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Quotes are based on information provided by the customer and site conditions visible at the time of assessment. Final pricing may be adjusted if site conditions differ from initial assessment or if additional work is required. We will notify you of any price changes before proceeding with additional work.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before beginning work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees. You are responsible for all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney fees, if legal action becomes necessary.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, approvals, or permissions required for fence installation on your property. You must provide accurate information about property lines, underground utilities, and any restrictions such as HOA rules. You agree to provide clear access to the work area and to secure any pets during our work. You are responsible for verifying that the fence location complies with local setback requirements and property boundaries.
Warranties
We warrant our workmanship for a period specified in your service agreement, typically one year from the date of installation. This warranty covers defects in installation but does not cover damage from weather, accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate and will be provided at the time of installation. To maintain warranty coverage, you must follow recommended maintenance procedures.
Liability Limitations
We maintain appropriate insurance coverage and take reasonable precautions to protect your property. However, we are not liable for damage to underground utilities, pipes, or cables if their location was not properly marked or disclosed. We are not responsible for damage to landscaping, sprinkler systems, or other property features unless caused by our gross negligence. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your service agreement before work begins, subject to the cancellation terms specified in your agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or significant scheduling arrangements have been made. If you cancel after work has begun, you will be charged for work completed and materials used. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone work due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving any disputes or concerns promptly and fairly. If you have any issues with our services, please contact us immediately so we can address them. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be handled in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. You agree that any legal action must be brought in the courts of the State of Georgia.
